The Mytikas journey began with a simple but critical problem: as a successful real estate and land development team, we sought luxury park model villas for a flagship project. But the market failed us. None of the major manufacturers could meet our demands. Precision. Luxury. Materials of unrivaled quality. Craftsmanship that stood apart. These were non-negotiable, and the industry wasn’t delivering.

Instead of settling, we seized the moment. What began as a roadblock became our driving force. We realized we weren’t alone—there was a glaring need for a revolution in manufactured housing. The market demanded more, and so did we. We envisioned a new era of technologically advanced homes, built with premium, American-sourced materials, by proud American hands, and supported by an elite white-glove concierge service.

This space, large enough to house 24 Boeing 737s wing-to-wing, is now the birthplace of luxury. Here, precision meets passion.
